How We Define Spirituality

Spirituality is not about religion or dogma per se. It is about wholeness and well-being. This site is here for women who want to explore and experience the sacred in their lives and in particular, in their work. In fact, it is for those who are finished with having these  two integral parts  be separate.

This is a place for women who believe in a higher power and who want to find ways to come into union with that divine power in order to open themselves to the fullness of who they are so that they can celebrate and serve the world with their God given gifts. It is for women who want to immerse themselves in the miraculous and often simple pleasures of life like sand, beach glass and sand dollars in order to renew themselves and stay conscious and focused on how they live their lives.

What We Will Be Talking About

We will explore topics of all kinds in our passionate pursuit: the power of prayer, finding and living our purpose, understanding and embracing the women we are in all the different roles that we play,  bringing soulfulness into our relationships (personal and work), claiming and enjoying our sensuality, managing our careers, finding healthy ways to integrate career and family, spiritual practice,  healthy eating and living, accessing faith. The list goes on because there are endless topics that we share in common.

The Intention of This Site and Blog

My approach with this site, and particularly with the blog, is not only to explore topics but to apply coaching tools and practices that help us move our insights into action and ultimately, into wisdom  that can guide our ongoing and ever-expanding fulfillment.
